Expiry date: 2 years from date of manufacture.

Preservation: This formula contains sufficient paraben-free preservative system to last two to three years shelf life under normal conditions.  However should you wish to add more than 10% extra material or dilute the product by adding more than 10% water we recommend that you add an additional 0.1% preservative (per 10% of added material), using preservatives such as Plantaserv P.

Aroma: Slight odour characteristic of the carrier oils

Fragrancing: Try 10 to 17 drops of essential oil or fragrant oil to 100gm of day cream if a different odour is desired.

The options are endless with this product, be creative and experiment with your favourite oils.

Colour: Uncoloured - white base colour easily coloured with water soluble colours.

Colouring: Make a dilute solution of water soluble food colours in water. Try 1 to 5 drops of dilute colours to 100g of day cream.

Usage: A rich emollient base that can be used (as is) as a moisturiser (emollient-type), or as a base for preparing rich emollient creams or lotions.
